Maa Ichapurni & Co. have been serving the national market with confidence for more than sixty years. We have an up-to date R&D Department to take care of the International Standards. From time to time, we develop new innovated products. Our plant has multi operational systems to have craftsmanship in our product like Side Chamfering, Gloseals, Printed RO PP Caps, RO Caps with Poly Vinyl Chloride lining, Top Embossing, sides with dry offset printings in four colours, Hi-Gloss finish. Our Quality Control Dept. measures digital checking systems at every stage to comply with specifications and uses digital electronic equipments, i.e., Electronic Vernier Caliper, Electronic Micrometer, Electronic Torque Tester, Pressure Sealing Machine, Electronic Counters & Conveyers.

We are using only permitted and approved quality products for our raw materials.

Our major raw material is Aluminum. We use world class aluminum(3105 & 98S) as alloy to maintain the quality of caps i.e., Sheet Thickness, Weight, Strength, and Purity. We buy aluminum directly from Hindalco or Balco to ensure quality output.

We outsource to a well equipped perfect printing dept., to satisfy the customer's required colour jobs.

We only use approved quality wads & washers to make the product leak proof and dust proof.

Our product is packed in LDPE or HMHDPE (polythene ) and sealed in 5 Ply corrugated boxes considered best for transportation particularly for exports.

We are having National Transport Network Services which covers almost the entire nation through Road, Rail & Air, (As per the requirement of the Customer)
